Prof. Léon Laulusa 
Executive President and Dean of ESCP Business School, France

Professor Léon Laulusa was appointed Executive President and Dean of ESCP Business School, in June 2023, progressing from his roles as Interim Executive President and Dean. He previously served as Senior Executive Vice-President and Dean for Academic Affairs and International Relations. Joining ESCP in 1999 as a part-time Professor, Dr. Laulusa specialized in financial accounting, audit, corporate governance, and management practices in China. His research explores international financial accounting and the impact of national culture on management and leadership. In addition to his academic work, Dr. Laulusa has provided strategic performance and finance consulting to senior management in international settings. He holds positions on the Advisory Council of the Saint Cyr Coetquidan Military Academy in France, the International Advisory Board of MDI in India, and Kozminski University in Poland, and is the Vice-President of the French Association of Conference des Grandes Ecoles (CGE), where he chairs the international relations committee. His previous academic roles include lecturing at HEC Paris and Paris-Dauphine University, and visiting professorships at Tongji University Shanghai and Beijing Foreign Studies University. Dr. Laulusa also brings extensive professional experience from his time as a Partner at Deloitte and BDO France, leading auditing and consulting projects globally. His educational background includes an HDR and a Ph.D. in Management Science from Paris-Dauphine University, an MBA from IAE de Paris – Pantheon Sorbonne University, and he is a certified French Chartered Accountant.
