Hui-Bin Du is a Chair Professor and the dean of College of Management and Economics at Tianjin University, as well as a National Leading Talent of China. She serves as the Principal Investigator of a National Key R&D Program and is the Associate Editor of the international journal Structural Change and Economic Dynamics. Her research has been published in journals such as Journal of Management Sciences in China, Nature Climate Change, and ES&T. She is the author of the monograph Data-Driven Environmental Policy Analysis Methods and Applications. Several of her policy recommendations have received positive endorsements from provincial and ministerial-level leaders and above. As the lead contributor, she was awarded the First Prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award.
