Prof. Chung Piaw Teo

Professor Teo Chung Piaw is Dean of the NUS Business School and Stephen Riady Professor in Business at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He leads the School’s strategic direction across education, research, industry engagement and global partnerships, with a vision of building an AI-native business school that equips future leaders to thrive in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
Prior to his appointment as Dean, Prof Teo served as Executive Director of the NUS Institute of Operations Research and Analytics (IORA), where he spearheaded interdisciplinary research in optimisation, artificial intelligence, supply chain resilience and public sector analytics. He also co-directed the SIA–NUS Digital Aviation Corporate Laboratory, advancing research and innovation at the intersection of AI, operations research and aviation.
