Hotel Reservation

The conference has negotiated preferential room rates with the hotel and a room block is being held for IBSSC participants. Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Please log in and make room reservataion via the hotel reservation link in the accommodation section.

* If the conference hotel is full, please try to book other hotels in the vicinity. The shuttle bus will pick up and drop off guests at the Crowne Plaza Shanghai (address: 400 Pan Yu Road).

Arriving Hotel

From Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG):

Take metro line 2 and transfer to line 10 at East Nanjing Road, and then get off at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
About 1 hour’s taxi ride at the cost of 200-250 RMB.

 

From Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA):

Take metro line 10 and get off at Shanghai Jiao Tong University
About 30 minutes’ taxi ride at the cost of 50-60 RMB.

 

From Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station:

Shuttle Signage and Schedule Notes

  • Shuttle buses will be clearly marked with signs indicating "2024 IBSSC" for easy identification.
  • Conference staff will be available at pick-up and drop-off points to assist with directions and any inquiries. We kindly ask that you arrive at the designated pick-up points a few minutes prior to the scheduled departure times to avoid any delays.

 

1. Huawei Company Visit (please make sure you have reserved the visit)
  • Duration of the visit: 13:00 - 16:30
  • A bus shuttle will leave at 13:00 from Crowne Plaza Shanghai Hotel at 400 Pan Yu Road, a 5-minute walk from Shang Jiao Tong University Xuhui Campus.
  • After the company visit ends, the shuttle bus will go directly to 8 Heng Shan Road for Conference Registration.

2. Direct Shuttle to Conference Registration
  • The shuttle will depart from the hotel on a regular basis, with pickups every half hour between 16:00 and 18:00.
  • Shuttle Schedule: 16:00, 16:30, 17:00, 17:30, 18:00
  • Meeting Point: Main entrance of Crowne Plaza Shanghai Hotel, 400 Pan Yu Road
  • Drop-off Point: JZ Club, 8 Heng Shan Road

 

* Conference Registration Desk:

Duration: 16:30-18:30
Location: JZ Club, No. 8 Hengshan Road
Note: The registration desk will be set next to the entrance of JZ Club, where the shuttle bus will arrive. Please look for signs or helpers to guide you to the location.

3. Shuttle Service to Hotel

At the conclusion of the Drama Show, shuttle buses back to the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Hotel will begin service at 20:45, please feel free to leave at any time as you please. However, we are delighted to extend a warm invitation for you to stay and enjoy the Jazz Show, which will begin at 21:30. Food and drinks will be served throughout the evening, the last shuttle buses will depart at 22:45.

2. Shuttle Service to Conference Banquet

Shuttle service will commence immediately following the conference end to transport guests to The Grand Halls, located at 8 Bei Wai Tan Road. The shuttles will depart from the main entrance of the Antai College of Economics and Management at 17:30.

3. Shuttle Service to Hotel

After the evening banquet ends, a shuttle service will be provided for your return to the Crowne Plaza Shanghai Hotel. The arrangements for the shuttle service are as follows:

  • Shuttle Departure Time: Four shuttle buses will depart at 21:15 from the banquet venue to transport guests back to Crowne Plaza Shanghai Hotel.
  • Additional Shuttle: An additional shuttle bus will leave at 21:30 for those who may require a later departure.
