Prof. HE Wensheng
Dean, School of Management, Lanzhou University

Professor HE Wensheng is the Dean and Professor at School of Management, Lanzhou University. His research primarily focuses on budgeting performance management, public performance governance, business environment evaluation, and enterprise innovation and transformation. Professor HE is the leading talent of National High-level Talents Special Support Program, the Fulbright Program Scholar (2017-2018), the Cui Ying Scholar awarded by Lanzhou University, and the director of Enterprise Innovation Research Center of Lanzhou University. He has conducted and participated in more than 10 national projects supported by NNSF, NSSF, ministry & provincial research projects, has published more than 60 papers on peer-reviewed academic journals indexed by CSSCI, and has published 3 books. He serves as reviewer for multiple academic journals, and as corresponding evaluation expert of national projects supported by NNSF and NSSF. In the past decades, Professor He has been invited to attend academic conferences abroad a couple of times and has been visiting more than 50 famous universities worldwide.
