Prof. WU Chaopeng

Professor WU Chaopeng is the Executive Vice Dean and Professor of School of Management at Xiamen University. He is now the director of China Management Modernization Research Association and vice chairman of the Finance and Accounting Professional Committee. His research interests include corporate finance and capital markets, enterprise innovation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, behavioral finance, venture capital, etc. In recent years, Professor Wu has published about 30 high-quality academic papers on top academic journals both at home and abroad, such as Review of Financial Studies, Review of Economics and Statistics, and. Economic Research and Management World. He has won the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of Ministry of Education of China, chairs he Ministry of Education Programme for Philosophy and Social Science, and is honored the second prize of Science Technology Achievement Award in Higher Institution. Professor Wu is also the deputy editor of China Accounting and Finance Review and a member of the International Academic Exchange Committee of the Accounting Society of China.
