Soh Wai Lin (Christina)教授，现任南洋理工大学商学院院长、资讯科技及营运管理系主任、资讯管理研究中心主任。Christina教授的研究领域为大型转型项目管理，包括数字化转型、综合医疗保健、IT和战略能力以及企业系统。她的论文被AIS CSS评为2019年信息系统领域最佳论文之一，被the Journal of Strategic Information Systems评为2018年最佳论文，并被European Journal of Information Systems和Knowledge Management Research and Practice联合评选为Stafford Beer award。Christina教授曾担任the Journal of Strategic Information Systems和MIS Quarterly Executive的高级编辑。此外，她还在ICIS（国际信息系统会议）、管理学院OCIS分部和PACIS（亚太信息系统会议）等博士联盟和教授会议上担任联合主席及导师。
